Over the last 6 years, 501Works, in partnership with Branching Knowledge invited association staff, vendors and consultants to participate in our System Selection Survey. We’ve collected over 600 responses across the 3 surveys including almost 200 responses for the 2025 version. Our goal is simple – start to improve this industry’s friction-ridden and fractured process for selecting, implementing and using AMS/CRM solutions. These results will also give association executives practical guidance on how long these projects take and some unfiltered thoughts on the process of selecting and replacing your AMS, software that typically sits at the heart of an associations technology stack.
