What to expect?

Ven-Con 2024 DC

Join us prior to AMSFest to continue the conversation we started at past Ven-Con events. Our goal remains the same – to work together as vendors and consultants to help associations achieve better outcomes with their technology projects.

Since we last met in person in Chicago, a number of volunteers have met to help create a more robust framework for continuing to develop Ven-Con as we move forward. The conversations at Ven-Con™ have been great and we want to continue this momentum.

Price

  • Early Bird Rate – $75 through October 31st
  • Regular rate – $95 through November 15th

Your ticket includes lunch, snacks and Happy Hour admission. Seats are limited for this event so grab your ticket early!

Working Together

The conversations at Ven-Con™ have been great and we want to continue this momentum. A small group of volunteers has been working on setting up a more formal governance structure through the creation of an Advisory Council. Information about this process can be found on our Ven-Con web page. We will be soliciting feedback and guidance to help our Planning Committee.

Shared Conversations

Our Ven-Con Planning committee is still in the process of finalizing the sharing/networking portion of the agenda for this meeting and more will be posted at it is developed.

Lunch & Happy Hour

Your admission will include lunch from a local DC eatery and Happy Hour conversations and libations when the meeting ends.
